Welcome to ToddMendiola.com. I am an experienced, committed fitness professional who has served the community and beyond since 1993. I offer one-on-one training, small-group training and boot camps. My result-proven approach incorporates strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility work—to ensure that you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I drove across the country in 2009 to bring my love for fitness to New York City, and continue to change lives, both physically and mentally. My journey really started in Seattle in 1993 where I filled aerobic rooms with loyal step aerobic junkies. From there, I moved to Los Angeles in 1997, and discovered the thrill of indoor cycling and started leading rides and holding private weight training sessions. I have seen clients from the ages of 12 to 70 years old accomplish things they never thought possible.
My love for changing people’s bodies has allowed me to build a strong following here in NY. When I am not teaching at Fly Wheel and Barry's Bootcamp, I am discovering new music, pushing my clients toward a new appreciation of themselves, and spending time with my friends and family.
